Determination

Image
A few words before reading the poem 'Determination': The way to success is too tough. There will be tears, there must be rocks, there is supposed to be thorns and there will naturally be fiery criticism all through the journey. Such barkings must never sidetrack us at all. We must remain determined through and through. In this regard, it ought to be noted that we all must undergo all such ordeals to be seasoned in course of time. Let not anyone try to tear you down. Instead, let their claws be shattered into pieces. Gain this much strength in you, no matter what. None can, henceforth, or none will even ever dare to try to demean you. Why? It is so because they will know that you are not going to heed any of them at all. All such things can be gained from your sheer determination. The poem 'Determination' Dogs shall keep barking; Still, never let them vex you; It's your life, for sure. You may like to read all of my blogs: https://somalimukherjee.blogspot.com

The Moody Sky

Image
A few words before going through the poem 'The Moody Sky' Have you ever felt like the sky is crying? Well, has any one of us felt his indignation? If yes, then you must have true love for Nature. It's easy to speak a lot; however, it is that difficult to fructify the words. Who said Nature never cries? Who said Nature never becomes outrageous? If we can't feel it, it must be admitted that we have indifference to her. The sky is weeping in pain and having wrath as well. He is moody indeed just as we are. We are supposed to esteem the sky that is actually a part of our Mother Nature who loves all of us a lot. All of us must acknowledge the fact that we can never live on our own if we ever endeavour to ignore Nature. She may be our gentle mother, but, at the same time, she is our discipliner to train us all so that we may follow the right track of virtue. As we evince mood swings, Nature does too. We can never, never turn away from her. Therefore, it is recommended that we

Numbness

Image
A few words before we go through the poem called ‘Numbness’: Let us all open our discussion with the legendary proverb that “Cowards die many times before their deaths…” Likewise, in this world of decay, disgrace and degeneration, we all are supposedly living our death. That is to say, our corporal bodies are alive, but our within has been slaughtered long ago. Well, who did so? Yes, we did it on our own. Thanks to our great conscience and civilised intelligence, we all are alive, or should we say, we are living and loving our death? Well, we have no option, for sure. Hence, we are bound to live and love our death. We all made it on our own. The consequences are, therefore, supposed to be endured by us alone then. Day by day, we are getting infected with more and more numbness in all respects. We reap what we sow, right? The poem—‘Numbness’ My heart felt so numb That I had to die, I had to, Before death, becoming dumb, In a trance to seek what’s true.   Everything is

A Gift to the World's Best Dad

Image
Like an umbrella, You protect all of us; Every little corolla Is saved from the fuss. This world may change a lot, But your affection never; Life is a battle to be fought; You teach me so forever. When it comes down to quarrel, You become silent, so silent; Overflows your barrel Of pain and sentiment. I know I cause you pain; I do get over remorse; If it happens time and again, There remains no love, but force. I tell you 'sorry', A word too little to say; It all becomes a different story, As atonement's told 'nay'. As I hurt you a lot, Dad, My heart, too, does, does bleed; My temper turns me as if mad; I commit another ill deed. Still, you keep blessing me, Though I don't change, Dad; I tread on the path of memory To find the best dad. I wish to control my wrath; I do wish to stay calm; To return to the right path, I need you, Dad, my true chum. As the worst sinner, I blame you, I blame mum; I try to be cleaner, But my sins snatch my hum. Life is so uncanny Tha

Awesome Nature

Image
A few words before we read the poem How do we treat Nature? We sometimes wonder why we are treated harshly by her, don't we? Well, the fact is that we are paid back in the same coin. What's unfair in this regard? If we can repay one another roughly and such impact affects the state of our Mother Nature also, what's wrong if she pays us back? Truly, everything depends on our outlook, on our expression, on our activity and everything as such. Yes, Nature is, she indeed is our mother who is not only merciful but also malignant sometimes for the sake of disciplining us all. The poem 'Awesome Nature' For the first time ever It feels so scary; These waves make me shiver; A fear of dreams dreary… Rolling ripples make me wonder; The sun as if bows down; Candy floss and the squander Add gems to her godly gown. Mom did tell me before, “It feels so exciting.” It balms all my sore, But sometimes devastating. The roar of the rigorous ripple Draws me back and for

The Coronation

A few words Have you ever wondered how beautiful Nature is? Have you ever felt from your within that her sound reverberates within us as well? We may try by all means to stay away from her, but we cannot overlook that she is actually within us also. How can we deny that each one of us is a particle of hers? We are not torn away from her at all; we are her fruits instead. Just come out of your room, just keep quiet and stretch your arms to embrace her. You can evidently feel something about her. You can certainly get lost in her unadulterated and timeless beauty. She uses no cosmetics, no makeups, nothing as such; still, we can guarantee that her beauty did, does and will do excel all of ours always. No matter who you are, no matter what you do, no matter how wealthy you are, just come out and get to know that you can never, never be as happy as that, as and when you take an expedition by closing your eyes and feeling every rhythm of Nature. You may have lots of gold, you may have l
