Live to Light Up

Image
A Few Words Itā€™s an uncanny world. The more we do care for the others, the more care they will desire. This goes on. We try to meet the expectations. However, one very day, we might find out the saturation point when we must, when we ought to be dawned. Nothing remains the same. The turning tables bring weal and woe. As soon as we understand it, the better we can be able to enjoy our life. Yes, this world is uncanny to the utmost. Hence, we should never think of any reciprocation. Instead, we all must keep it in mind that we came here alone; likewise, we all must live on our own; finally, we all will have to step out of this world without anybodyā€™s care as well. However, the essential point is that if you try to help a person or care for him or her, never think to be reciprocated, because this world is full of darkness in spite of the day-lamp in the sky, and the moon and the stars at night. Hence, we can illuminate our own world with our tireless efforts to make the world full...

Determination

Image
A few words before reading the poem 'Determination': The way to success is too tough. There will be tears, there must be rocks, there is supposed to be thorns and there will naturally be fiery criticism all through the journey. Such barkings must never sidetrack us at all. We must remain determined through and through. In this regard, it ought to be noted that we all must undergo all such ordeals to be seasoned in course of time. Let not anyone try to tear you down. Instead, let their claws be shattered into pieces. Gain this much strength in you, no matter what. None can, henceforth, or none will even ever dare to try to demean you. Why? It is so because they will know that you are not going to heed any of them at all. All such things can be gained from your sheer determination. The poem 'Determination' Dogs shall keep barking; Still, never let them vex you; It's your life, for sure. You may like to read all of my blogs: https://somalimukherjee.blogspot.com ...

Numbness

Image
A few words before we go through the poem called ā€˜Numbnessā€™: Let us all open our discussion with the legendary proverb that ā€œCowards die many times before their deathsā€¦ā€ Likewise, in this world of decay, disgrace and degeneration, we all are supposedly living our death. That is to say, our corporal bodies are alive, but our within has been slaughtered long ago. Well, who did so? Yes, we did it on our own. Thanks to our great conscience and civilised intelligence, we all are alive, or should we say, we are living and loving our death? Well, we have no option, for sure. Hence, we are bound to live and love our death. We all made it on our own. The consequences are, therefore, supposed to be endured by us alone then. Day by day, we are getting infected with more and more numbness in all respects. We reap what we sow, right? The poemā€”ā€˜Numbnessā€™ My heart felt so numb That I had to die, I had to, Before death, becoming dumb, In a trance to seek whatā€™s true.   Everything...

Awesome Nature

Image
A few words before we read the poem How do we treat Nature? We sometimes wonder why we are treated harshly by her, don't we? Well, the fact is that we are paid back in the same coin. What's unfair in this regard? If we can repay one another roughly and such impact affects the state of our Mother Nature also, what's wrong if she pays us back? Truly, everything depends on our outlook, on our expression, on our activity and everything as such. Yes, Nature is, she indeed is our mother who is not only merciful but also malignant sometimes for the sake of disciplining us all. The poem 'Awesome Nature' For the first time ever It feels so scary; These waves make me shiver; A fear of dreams drearyā€¦ Rolling ripples make me wonder; The sun as if bows down; Candy floss and the squander Add gems to her godly gown. Mom did tell me before, ā€œIt feels so exciting.ā€ It balms all my sore, But sometimes devastating. The roar of the rigorous ripple Draws me back and for...
