Loneliness

The poem in a nutshell

Like all other things, loneliness, too, nurtures both positive and negative aspects. It depends on how we look at it. It can be our super best friend. At the same time, it can be our worst foe. It is up to us how it will function in our lives. Does it give you light or darkness? Does it give me innocent fears or experience out of tears? Everything solely relies upon our way of beholding it. If we have a transparent and clear mind, everything will revert to us in the same manner as well.

The poem -- "Loneliness"

Loneliness, my only comrade,
Provides both bright and dark shade.
While “the bliss of solitude”
Gifts me manifold magnitude,
Sometimes, the enormous ennui
Produces an aura, too shy,
Too humble to come out;
I sometimes cannot but shout,
Because of the pensive pain,
Because of too little to gain.
Let it go on;
Let it go on;
Let me extract the lonesome light,
To glow in future extra-bright.
